Music from the Whole Self

A unique opportunity for musical performers/singers and composers/songwriters to work with two recognised experts in the fields of psychophysical integration and music, in a series of two exciting explorations into creative potential in musical performance and composition.

During the weekend we will look at the multi-faceted nature of consciousness, this being the instrument from which we create. We will explore experientially how our consciousness develops from childhood to maturity, and how all the layers of the psyche have value for us in our creative process. From this
awareness, we will offer practical tools to nourish and strengthen the different aspects of our inner landscape.

Then, using a variety of experiential exercises and musical techniques in an atmosphere of safety, freedom, focus and fun, we will encourage new musical possibilities to arise which can bring increased depth and richness to our performing and composing
