Introductory Workshops in Psychophysical Integration
for Psychotherapists

Psychophysical integration comes from both Eastern spiritual traditions and research on the use of touch in the therapeutic relationship. In this workshop participants will be introduced to chakra work through experiential exercises and relational touch based on the healing principal of 'non doing' - thus experiencing this subtle bodywork on an intrapsychic level as well as relationally. The use of chakra work combined with touch offers a unique space  for  working with early trauma.  
The workshop will appeal to psychotherapists/counsellors as well as health professionals who are seeking to experience and learn to use chakra work in a relational/therapeutic context.
Brigitta Mowat is an experienced Alexander teacher as well as an integrative psychotherapist working with the body and the arts. She has done some research in how the two disciplines enhance each other.
